LOS DILEMAS DE LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LA REFORMA AL PODER JUDICIAL Y LA ELECCIÓN DE 2025
Abstract
This article examines the key dilemmas and challenges surrounding the implementation of judicial reform. The analysis centers on critical issues arising from the adoption of a lottery mechanism to determine the number and types of judicial positions subject to election. It provides a detailed account of core implementation aspects, including the selection of candidate nomination committees, the delineation of electoral geography, the design of electoral ballots, campaign financing, and the political affiliations of various candidacies. The article concludes by offering an outlook on the potential impact of the reform on the judiciary’s role in the lead-up to election day.
