EL MODELO DE DESIGNACIÓN DE JUECES EN EL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN A PARTIR DE 1994
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to provide a review of the model for the appointment of judges adopted by the Mexican political system, particularly from 1994 onwards in the Federal Judiciary. It reviews the main reforms and the political context that influenced its configuration, resulting in a heterogeneous appointment system that remained in place for more than 30 years. Finally, it explores some emblematic cases resolved by these judges, categorized by jurisprudential periods, in order to provide an overview of how they rendered their decisions and the impact they had.
